General Services
Our company is involved in all aspects of designing and building for the domestic market. Each design is unique to each individual client. We do not have standard plans for mass designing. Each client receives personal attention from one of the directors of the company.
Designing
- We offer a full comprehensive architectural designing service, including interior and landscaping, when we are engaged in a design and construction contract.
- Fully qualified architects, architectural landscapers and interior designers perform all our design services.
- Most of our designers have won awards in their own right over the years.
Building
Our company has built new homes, renovated, added rooms, added second stories and made additions to existing homes... in general we do anything related to the domestic building market. Most of the contracts we enter into are based on a fixed price. We recommend to all our clients to enter only into fixed-price contracts because it gives them a stated cost instead of a contract that could go over their budget.
Project management for the construction
Project management is not for everyone. This service is for the clients that require a more hands-on approach to the project, and more control during the construction period. It gives the client more flexibility on the speed of the construction period, i.e. separating the project into specific stages if required. It also allows the client to change the finishes, etc, during the course of the construction period. We provide this service only if the project is over $1.5 million. |
