Project Overview

Extensive renovation and building work to a four bedroom, four bathroom home.

The house was situated at the northern end of Balmoral Beach. For building purposes, it was a very difficult and challenging project, as all excavated materials, such as bricks and sand, could only be delivered by crane.

A very high level of finish was used throughout: slab marble in the ensuite, wc and guest wc, frameless glass shower screens and handrails, detailed joinery, timber floors and the complete cement rendering and painting of the exterior and the supply and installation of stone facing to specified walls. The contract also allowed for supply and installation of all kitchen appliances, air conditioning, under floor heating to ensuite, networking of computers and stereo system to all rooms and a security and phone/intercom system.
