Peter O'Carroll is one of the directors of P & N O'Carroll Design & Construction Pty Ltd and has been actively involved in the building industry for over 40 years.

Nanette O'Carroll has been the financial controller of the company for 32 years.

Damien O'Carroll is a principal in the company, is a highly skilled carpentry joiner/supervisor and holds a full residential builder's licence in his own name. He has been instrumental in gaining the MBA awards. Most of the work is located in Sydney's north shore and eastern suburbs. The types of construction have varied greatly over the years.
