The O'Carroll family has been involved in the building industry for over 80 years.

Damien O'Carroll is a director of P & N O'Carroll Design & Construction Pty Ltd and is a highly skilled carpentry joiner. He has been instrumental in gaining the MBA awards. Most of the work is located in Sydney's north shore and eastern suburbs. The types of construction have varied greatly over the years.

Nanette O'Carroll has been the financial controller of the company for over 30 years.

Peter O'Carroll is one of the supervisors and has been actively involved in the building industry for over 40 years.
